All items are custom made when ordered. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

If an item was made using your dogs' measurements we can't accept returns on it. Please measure your dog carefully.

If an item was ordered in a general size (small, medium, large, etc.) returns are accepted for two weeks. Return shipping isn't included & you would need to pay for shipping on the exchanged item.
